The content of iron sulfide in resin diamond grinding wheels

The content of  iron sulfide in resin diamond grinding wheels does not exceed 0.3%. The content of iron sulfide in resin diamond grinding wheels is very low, at the trace level, not exceeding 0.3%. Resin diamond grinding wheels are a common grinding tool, and their main ingredients are synthetic diamond particles and resin binders. Iron sulfide is a metal sulfide with high hardness and brittleness, making it unsuitable for the preparation of grinding wheels. During the manufacturing process of resin diamond grinding wheels, high temperature and high pressure conditions are used to combine the resin and diamond particles without adding iron sulfide or other metal sulfides.
